On behalf of the Board of Directors, welcome to our community web site. Feel free to explore the features available to the public on this site. RiverSea Plantation is a premier gated community of approximately 540 acres situated along the Lockwood Folly River with main entrances on Route 211, about one mile east of Route 17.
The plantation currently comprises 578 residential properties. Management of daily operations is conducted by Cedar Management Group under the direction of the POA's Board of Directors and various committees responsible for landscape care of common areas, and operation of amenities. There are also a number of committees that serve the needs of the residents as well as independent groups that support service organizations and agencies in Brunswick County.
RiverSea's common amenities include a club house featuring a meeting room, social area, kitchen, fitness facility and changing rooms. Other amenities include outdoor and indoor swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, boat ramp and dock on the Lockwood Folly River, RV/Boat/Trailer storage area, community green with fountain, park, and many ponds and boardwalk trails.

Hurricane Preparedness - Do you know your Street Captain?
Sunday, May 14th to Thursday, November 30th
Do you know who your street captain is in the event of a hurricane emergency? If you are a new resident or haven’t spoken to your street captain about how to reach you in the event of your evacuation, we want to help by knowing your plans to go, or to stay, if you have pets and how to reach you if you have evacuated.
It’s a strictly voluntary program, but if we do experience a hurricane, it’s a good idea of having a point of contact so we can reach you. To find out who your street captain is, go to the Hurricane Prep tab on the RiverSea website. This tab also includes information of how to prepare for a hurricane.
