Feel free to explore the features available to the public on this site.  RiverSea Plantation is a premier gated community of approximately 540 acres situated along the Lockwood Folly River with main entrances on Route 211, about one mile east of Route 17.

The plantation currently comprises 578 residential properties. Management of daily operations is conducted by FirstService Residential under the direction of the POA's Board of Directors and various committees responsible for landscape care of common areas, and operation of amenities. There are also a number of committees that serve the needs of the residents as well as independent groups that support service organizations and agencies in Brunswick County.

RiverSea's common amenities include a club house featuring a meeting room, social area, kitchen, fitness facility and changing rooms. Other amenities include outdoor and indoor swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, boat ramp and dock on the Lockwood Folly River, RV/Boat/Trailer storage area (limited availability, spaces assigned from wait list), community green with fountain, park, and many ponds and boardwalk trails.
