Our Management Company, FirstService Residential, is a publicly traded company based out of Dania, Florida with an office in Charlotte, North Carolina. FirstService is among the largest property management companies in the US and Canada, serving more than 300 communities in the Carolinas alone. In support of RiverSea, FirstService will provide onsite support, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (RiverSea Clubhouse).

All architectural review applications, forms and requests shall be submitted as follows:
- One (1) hard copy delivered to our Community Manager, our property manager’s representative, at the office in our clubhouse (613 Ashbury Drive SE). This includes deposit checks for new construction. Our CM's workdays and hours are listed above.
- One electronic copy sent to DRB Chair: jscasey3@msn.com.
- All applications, plans, requests must be received by the Wednesday immediately before our monthly meeting (third Wednesday of each month, unless otherwise notified) in order to be considered for approval at that month’s meeting.
