Our Management Company, Cedar Management Group (CMG), is an accredited management company based in Charlotte, NC and providing management services to community associations in North Carolina and South Carolina. CMG has a local office in Wilmington, NC and provides onsite support to the community on Monday-Thursday (RiverSea Clubhouse).
